There was no sent of any wolves nearby.Akili let out a small howl of sorrow, then followed the sent of an old, sick buck.In minuted she found him, already almost dead."Thank you for giving me your life, so I can continue to live."Akili told him, and killed him quickly.She ate as much as she could, then ripped a chunk of meat off and dragged it to a nearby stream.There, she drank her fill, and was able to fall asleep again.
After waking she ate the chunk of meat and wandered on, lonley.It seemed that no one was here.No one at all.If only some one would come and comfert the lonely ,scared wolf.She was still just a pup, no matter how mature she may act.Akili spread her wings, and took to the sky, wondering if she could find a nice place to stay.
